Vilma mico dwarf tomato is one of my favorite micros. Eight inch plants produce nickel-sized, deep red cherry cherries that are fruity, sweeter and rich. Overall, Vilma is a very balanced tomato that kids would love. Plants produce clusters of 5-7 fruits that begin to ripen in about 65 days after transplant. 1/2 to 1 gallon containers work excellently for this wonderful little gem!

I live in Iowa zone 5. I received Vilma seed September 2022 and promptly sowed the seed. Germination was in two days. Vilma grew well and had 10-12 tomatoes on it that stayeed green from November through early January 2023, when they started turning red, even though we had had 3 weeks of mostly cloudy weather. Vilma was grown indoors next to a window with no additional lights. Vilma has now set many more blooms and has tiny green tomatoes. Vilma is about 10 inches tall and bent over from growing towards the light/window. I am looking forward to seeing what Vilma will do in the coming months.

I grew these indoors last winter, and I have more started now for this winter. One of the best tasting micro dwarfs.

This is a beautiful, deep red, blemish free very tasty tomato. It has rich, robust tomato flavor especially if you wait until the tomato is a deep, red color. I pulled a volunteer from a planter and transplanted it to a different planter, brought it inside and placed it under lights. Vilma is thriving. I plan to start a few to give as gifts to some people I know who are moving out of state.
